- Unopened and Unused: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact and unused.

- Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation, or order number must accompany the return request.
- Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Note: Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt (see Section 4 below).
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for unopened and unused products returned within 30 days of delivery, excluding shipping costs.
- Partial Refund: In cases where the product is returned due to a change of mind and the packaging is slightly damaged but unopened, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, subject to inspection.

3. Return Process

- Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, and include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the Item: Ship the package to the return address provided in the RMA email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process such returns:
- Email support@rawbodyskincare.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos clearly showing the defect or damage.
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the item.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including any original shipping fees.

At this time, Raw Body Skincare does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
